Some Things Can’t Be Explained

You have to believe in yourself! I know we've all heard this before. It is so hard to do sometimes. But, if you don't believe in yourself, how do you expect your employer, supervisors or clients to believe in your ability? It takes a lot of self focus and self reassurance. Be your biggest critic, but know when to reward yourself as well. Don't beat yourself up over a mistake, or over a bad day or a bad meeting. It happened, learn from it and move on. We tend to dwell on everything. We're so busy dwelling that even a small bump in the road, becomes a big mountain. Stop dwelling and move on. The worst thing is to stop moving. Keep focused towards your goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
