SYNOPSIS
CHAPTER 11 - MAKE PEACE WITH YOURSELF

Your self-respect is all you are left with at the end of the day. Positions get eliminated, companies get acquired, promotions get taken away, managers change, and all that should remain constant through this is one's self esteem, self worth, morals and principles. Do not shortchange yourself for your co-worker, or your manager. Do not shortchange yourself to get a promotion. Next month, that position may be eliminated, and all you will be left standing with is your self-esteem.
