Change can be synonymous with self-improvement, if you have a positive outlook on it. Things don't always happen the way we plan them to happen. Curve balls get thrown at us along the way. The people who move on are the ones that can handle the curve balls, reflect, and learn from this experience and move-on. You have to keep growing. If you don't keep growing, you will get stagnant in your career. This is what we call the 'dinosaurs' at work. They just continue to believe that their way is the best and only way. I always admired those people that I've worked with that always looked for a better way to meet their goals. Keep yourself up-to-date with changes in your industry.
